Also known as LFP, this chemistry is renowned for its exceptional thermal stability, resistance to thermal runaway, and unparalleled cycle life, making it the eminent choice for deep cycle applications demanding reliable performance and long-lasting endurance.

Additionally, Dragonfly Energy employs a proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) engineered specifically for the respective battery pack in which it’s installed. Our internal Battery Management Systems ensure optimal performance and incorporate essential safety features such as low-temperature charging protection and adequate current rating.

For optimal performance in harsh climates, we also brought a complete product line of internally heated LiFePO4 battery packs to the market which apply a proprietary, low-draw technology to keep batteries at an optimal charging temperature in freezing conditions. 

Domestic Assembly Facility

Our advanced pack design and assembly of LiFePO4 batteries all takes place in a hub for North American innovation. At Dragonfly Energy’s Nevada-based lithium battery facility, we utilize skilled technicians, in-house manufacturing processes, superior quality control, and optimized automation to bring to the market premium battery packs and sustainable energy storage solutions.
