When Peni started working at Battle Born, he wasn’t intending to stay. He was waiting for another job to start – the one that lured him to Reno from the Seattle area in the first place. But something just felt right when he came in to help out for a while before the other job started.
Battle Born needed someone like Peni – dedicated, extremely hard working, and a willingness to learn – so invited him to stay. Peni started building batteries, then applied his can-do attitude and highly competitive personality to help continuously improve Battle Born’s production lines in efficiency and growth.
Now, as an Operations Manager, Peni works to make sure production shifts change smoothly, adjust to changing demand, and meet deadlines. He also coordinates between departments to make sure pre- and post-production processes run on time and without a hitch.
When he’s not running the production floor, Peni is a proud father to 5 kids and 2 dogs, a dedicated Seahawks and Raiders fan, and a Reggae music listener. He believes in being humble, patient, and showing up for whatever is needed.
